The Work

The work is the same everywhere I do it: understand how you live, then build the rooms around it. San Diego, Leadville, or wherever your project is.

Here’s what that looks like.

SERVICES

Residential & Second Homes

This is the heart of the practice. Mountain-modern homes, coastal houses, and the second homes in between, designed for the specific people who will live in them. Twenty-plus years of residential work has taught me that the best rooms are the ones that disappear into your life, and I hold every decision, from floor plan to hardware, to that standard.

Commercial

The spaces where people work and gather deserve the same care as the homes they return to. I bring residential warmth to commercial projects: materials that hold up, layouts that make sense on a busy Tuesday, and a point of view your clients will remember.

Wellness

Studios, spas, and spaces built for practice and recovery. As an endurance athlete and coach, I know these rooms from both sides. Light, air, quiet, and flow aren’t finishes here. They’re the program.

THE PROCESS

Three steps, one accountable point of contact.

01

Dream It

We start with your life, not a mood board. Discovery and concept: how you move through a day, what the space has to do, what it should feel like when it’s done.

02

Design It

Space planning, materials, finishes, color, and custom pieces where the room calls for them. Every drawing and every sample traces back to the concept we agreed on.

03

Build It

I manage the project through construction to completion, so the finished space matches the drawings. One accountable point of contact, start to finish.

The Walk-Through

Not everyone is ready to start a full project, and that’s completely fine. The Walk-Through is a way to get my eyes and twenty years of experience on your space without committing to anything.

We spend 90 minutes together, in person or on video, walking your space while I give you real, prioritized guidance on the spot. Within 48 hours, I send you a written recap: the top handful of moves I’d make, in order, with rough budget ranges so you know what you’re looking at.

No pressure to book anything more. You’ll walk away with a clear plan either way.
