MEET KENDRA
Hi, I’m Kendra
I’ve spent more than twenty years designing spaces, and I still get so stoked every single time a client walks into their finished home and goes quiet for a second. That pause? That’s the whole job.
I split my life between San Diego and Leadville, Colorado, a historic mining town sitting at 10,200 feet. Coastal ease meets mountain grit. Clean, modern lines that still feel warm enough to live in with wet boots.
Every space tells a story.
My job is making sure it’s yours.
HOW I WORK
Your space should be designed around how you actually LIVE. Not how a room is “supposed” to look. How you cook, gather, recover, sprawl out on a Sunday. I’ll maximize every inch of function, but the real finish line is a space that feels unmistakably like the person living in it.
I’m an endurance athlete and a coach, and long miles at altitude teach you things a design degree doesn’t: patience, and staying all-in through the messy middle of a project. Renovations have messy middles. I don’t flinch.
LIVING MY OWN ADVICE
Right now I’m renovating my 150-year-old Leadville home room by room, much of it with my own two hands. I write about it on the blog. Mistakes included.
LET’S BEGIN
If your home doesn’t feel like you yet, I’d love to hear the story you want it to tell.
Whether that’s a beach house, a mountain retreat, or the place you’ve lived for a decade. When you’re ready, let’s talk.
